We seek a dynamic and creative Brand Manager with hands-on experience in B2C industries. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can enhance our brand presence by effectively managing multiple social media channels and executing impactful branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to strengthen market positioning and increase brand recognition.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and optimize the company's presence across multiple social media platforms to drive engagement and boost brand visibility.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling, brand-consistent content for online and offline campaigns.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and social media metrics, providing actionable insights to enhance future initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment on branding strategies.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities to inform branding efforts.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: 2-4 years in brand management roles, preferably in B2C companies.
  • Social Media Expertise: Proven experience in managing multiple social media channels and driving growth.
  • Creative Thinking: Ability to develop innovative campaigns and branding ideas.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing data and metrics to measure the success of branding initiatives.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
