Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Stylist with a strong agency background to join our creative team. In this role, you will lead the styling and visual direction for a variety of products, working closely with cinematographers, photographers, designers, and clients to create impactful, high-quality imagery. Your expertise in styling across different categories, from lifestyle to e-commerce, will be key in delivering visually engaging content that aligns with brand aesthetics and client goals. The ideal candidate is a creative visionary with a keen eye for detail, excellent project management skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute styling for product shoots, ensuring all products are presented in a visually compelling and brand-consistent manner.
  • Collaborate with cinematographers, photographers, designers, and account teams to conceptualize and execute creative direction for product shoots.
  • Work with clients to understand their brand vision, objectives, and styling preferences, translating them into creative visuals.
  • Manage & execute the entire styling process, from sourcing props and set design to coordinating the flow of shoots.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of props, clothing, and styling materials, ensuring timely and efficient shoot preparation.
  • Ensure all imagery meets high-quality standards and is delivered on time, adhering to project timelines and client expectations.
  • Stay current with industry trends, styling techniques, and new product categories to maintain a fresh, innovative approach.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of product styling experience, preferably within an agency environment or with a strong portfolio of agency work.
  • Proven ability to manage complex styling projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
  • Expertise in styling for different mediums, including e-commerce, lifestyle, editorial, and social media.
  • Strong understanding of photography, lighting, and visual composition, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, teams, and photographers.
  • Experience mentoring junior stylists or leading styling teams on larger projects.
  • Proficiency in relevant styling tools and equipment, with knowledge of industry-standard software a plus (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, InDesign).

Preferred:

  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity, versatility, and a deep understanding of product styling in various contexts.
  • Experience working with high-end or luxury brands, and an understanding of brand aesthetics and how to translate them visually.
