Roles and Responsibilities : Business Development Executive

1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Identify and target potential clients in need of recruitment services (corporations, SMEs, or startups).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Pitch recruitment services to prospective clients and negotiate terms of contracts.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs, company culture, and job descriptions for open positions.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

2. Market Research & Lead Generation

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, demands, and competitor activities.
  • Generate and qualify leads by networking, cold calling, or attending industry events and job fairs.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of potential clients and regularly follow up with prospects.

3. Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Achieve sales targets through client acquisition and retention.
  • Create strategies to convert leads into clients and ensure consistent revenue generation.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, pricing strategies, and service agreements to prospective clients.

4. Negotiation & Closing Deals

  • Negotiate terms and conditions of recruitment services, including fees, delivery timelines, and other relevant details.
  • Handle contract signing and agreement of terms with new and existing clients.

5. Brand Building & Networking

  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company’s recruitment services in the market.
  • Attend networking events, industry conferences, and job fairs to build connections and enhance the company's reputation.

6. Reporting & Performance Monitoring

  • Track sales performance, client interactions, and pipeline status through CRM tools.
  • Prepare reports on client acquisition progress, revenue generation, and overall business development metrics.
  • Provide regular updates and forecasts to senior management on business development activities.

7. Post-Sales Support

  • Ensure smooth onboarding of clients and assist them with any concerns regarding the recruitment process.
  • Provide after-sales support, follow up with clients post-recruitment, and gather feedback for service improvement.

*UK/Europe Shift (1PM to 10PM)

*Years of Experience - 6 months to 3 years

*Preferred Sales experience in Staffing Industry.

*Working Days - Monday to Friday


Education

UG: Any Graduate, B. Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization

PG: MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization
