We are seeking an experienced Functional Business Analyst (BA) with strong expertise in Temenos T24 Analytics and Autoform. This role will focus on business requirement analysis, functional documentation, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring business needs are effectively mapped into T24 solutions. The BA will work closely with both business users and technical/consulting teams to validate functional designs and support testing activities, bridging the gap between operations and IT delivery.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across banking operations.
Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical consultants to ensure solution alignment.
Support functional design workshops and validate end-to-end business processes.
Collaborate on test strategy, create test scenarios, and coordinate UAT with business teams.
Assist in issue/defect triage and resolution during testing and implementation phases.
Provide functional support post-deployment and ensure smooth business adoption.

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
Business analysis or ITIL certifications are an advantage.
Experience & Background:
~3+ years’ experience in banking operations (mandatory).
~2–10 years’ experience as a Business Analyst in Temenos T24 or within a financial institution’s IT/business team.
~ Accounting, Deposits, Loans, Payments, Trade Finance, or Treasury.

Ability to map business needs into functional specifications.
Knowledge of corporate banking operations (e.g., Accounts, Funds
