Job Title: Senior Business Analyst – Banking Domain with AI Expertise Experience: 8+ Years Location: Bellandur, Bangalore Employment Type: Full-time Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days preferred We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in the banking and financial services domain and proven expertise in leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to drive business transformation. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business objectives and technology solutions, helping design and deliver AI-driven initiatives that improve efficiency, customer experience, and decision-making. Work closely with business stakeholders to identify and define AI use cases within retail, corporate, and digital banking functions. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications for data and AI teams. Partner with data scientists, AI engineers, and product managers to develop, test, and implement AI models and automation solutions. Analyze business processes and recommend AI/ML-driven improvements in areas such as customer segmentation, credit risk assessment, fraud detection, and customer service automation. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field. 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with strong exposure to the banking domain (retail, corporate, lending, payments, or risk). Hands-on experience in AI-driven business analysis — familiarity with machine learning models, predictive analytics, NLP, or automation tools. Strong understanding of data analytics platforms (Databricks, Azure, AWS, or GCP). Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio). Excellent analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Proven track record in driving digital and AI transformation initiatives within banking.
