Job Overview : The Program Coordinator is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing various programs within the organization. This role involves coordinating with different departments, managing program logistics, ensuring the timely completion of program objectives, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Planning and Development:

Assist in the development and implementation of program goals, objectives, and strategies.

Conduct needs assessments to identify program requirements and areas for improvement.

Create detailed program schedules, timelines, and work plans.

Coordination and Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for program participants,

Facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions as needed.

Maintain clear and consistent communication with all parties involved in the program.

Logistics and Administration:

Organize and manage all logistical aspects of the program, including venue arrangements, travel, and accommodations.

Monitor program expenses and budget, ensuring alignment with financial goals.

Prepare and distribute program materials, reports, and documentation.

Monitoring and Evaluation:

Track and document program progress, performance, and outcomes.

Conduct regular evaluations to assess the effectiveness and impact of the program.

Compile and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for future program improvements.

Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulations.

Prepare and submit regular reports to management and stakeholders.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all program activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Social Sciences, Education).

Proven experience in program coordination, project management, or a related role.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills(English, Hindi and Tamil) Mandatory

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and program management software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
