About the role:
The Styling Assistant will support the Senior Stylist in executing creative concepts across various verticals, including F&B, lifestyle, fashion, and product. This role requires hands-on involvement in shoots, collaboration with photographers/videographers, and sourcing relevant props to bring creative visions to life. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and passionate about styling and visual storytelling.
What You Will Be Doing :
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Stylist to develop and execute styling concepts.
- Assist in shoots by coordinating with photographers, videographers, and production teams.
- Source props, wardrobe items, and set pieces based on creative briefs.
- Work on diverse projects across F&B, lifestyle, fashion, and product verticals.
- Contribute to creating visually appealing, on-brand outputs for campaigns and projects.
- Support the Senior Stylist in planning and executing styling requirements for photoshoots and video productions.
- Coordinate with creative teams, photographers, and videographers to ensure seamless shoot execution.
- Source, organize, and maintain props, wardrobe, and set elements for various projects.
- Research trends, styling references, and innovative concepts to enhance project outcomes.
- Assist in managing logistics for shoots, including preparation, on-set styling, and post-shoot organization.
- Ensure all styling elements align with brand aesthetics and project goals.
- Maintain a database of vendors, prop houses, and relevant resources for styling needs.
What You Bring To The Table
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in styling, assisting on shoots, or working within creative teams.
- Strong interest in fashion, product, lifestyle, and food styling.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Resourcefulness in sourcing props, materials, and wardrobe items.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with creative tools (e.g., Pinterest, mood boards) and shoot processes.
