Job Overview:
The Personal Assistant will provide exceptional administrative and secretarial support to the Chairman of SATS India. This role requires managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, and handling confidential information with discretion. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
- Provide a full range of office secretarial & admin support to the Chairman and his team.
- Handle inbound calls, inquiries & manage meeting rooms.
- Handle travel arrangements, expense claims, and coordinate meetings/ facilities bookings.
- Assist in office supplies & equipment maintenance.
- Assist in miscellaneous admin functions and ad-hoc research assignments.
- Maintaining internal systems on real-time basis.
- Handle confidential information in a professional and discreet manner.
Representation and Communication
- Act as the Chairman's representative and ambassador to external constituents as directed.
- Process and maintain duty travel expenses for the Chairman.
Requirements:
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- 5-8 years of proven experience as a personal assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
- Bachelor's degree is a must
- Experience in handling office admin activities is a must.
- Understanding of MS Office suite.
- Ability to organise a daily workload by priorities.
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
- Professional level verbal and written communications skills.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution
Estimated Salary Range: ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum (depending on experience)
