The candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, reaching out to prospective clients, and scheduling meetings for the business development team. You will play a key role in driving customer engagement and supporting overall sales growth in the C&I solar segment . Key Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to potential clients. • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the team. • Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with accurate lead information • Follow up with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails. • Support the sales team with proposal coordination and client communication. • Maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients. Requirements • Graduate in any discipline (preference for sales or marketing background) • Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi • Strong follow-up, coordination, and client relationship management abilities • Basic understanding of solar energy solutions. • Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working with targets.
