Scope of Position:
The Screening Specialist will be tasked with performing employment background screening services (education & employment verification). This involves utilizing a range of research methodologies and tools, leveraging calls, emails, and other communication channels to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
** Comprehensive training related to the job will be provided to ensure that candidate acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles and contribute effectively to the team.
Essential Job Duties:
Obtain verifications via phone/email/fax/post meeting defined quality standards, service levels, and productivity targets.
Conduct verifications on education and employment history.
Analyze feedback promptly.
Collect, analyze, and evaluate research information using a variety of media.
Review all information and documents provided by clients and candidates carefully before initiating a new task.
Prepare screening reports and submit them to the client relations team for client issuance.
Cultivate relationships with verification sources to generate sales leads and increase business revenue.
Collaborate with support and offshore teams to enhance processes.
Seek feedback from management, take on additional responsibilities, and drive business projects forward.
Education & Qualification Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Excellent communication skills in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point)

Ability to work under tight deadlines
Analytical skills for evaluating findings
Develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Maintain high levels of self-motivation and enthusiasm
