Job Title: Screening Specialist / Background Verification Specialist Position Type: Full-Time Open Roles: 01 Job Location: Okhla, Delhi Scope of Position: The Background Verification Specialist will be tasked with performing employment background screening services (education and employment verification). This involves utilizing a range of research methodologies and tools and leveraging calls, emails, and other communication channels to ensure exceptional client satisfaction. ** Comprehensive job training will be provided to ensure that candidates acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles and contribute effectively to the team. Essential Job Duties: Obtain verifications via phone/email/fax/post, meeting quality standards and productivity targets. Verify education and employment history. Analyze feedback and research information from various sources. Review client and candidate documents before starting tasks. Prepare and submit screening reports to the client relations team. Build relationships with verification sources to generate sales leads. Collaborate with support and offshore teams to improve processes. Seek feedback from management, take on additional tasks, and contribute to business projects.
