Position Overview:


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in hiring Bulk sales professionals, specifically for the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, attracting, and hiring top sales talent and will be able to join immediately


Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Source, identify, and attract top sales talent for various roles within the EdTech sector.
  • Utilize multiple recruiting channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing methods.

Candidate Management:

  • Screen and evaluate candidates through phone screenings, video interviews, and in-person interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining regular communication and managing expectations.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to hiring managers on recruitment status and market trends.
  • Work closely with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.

Recruitment Strategy:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet immediate hiring needs.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and sales hiring.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and timely candidate information.


Experience:


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting sales professionals, preferably within the EdTech industry.
  • Proven success in hiring for various sales roles, including Business Development Managers, Sales Executives, Account Managers, etc.
