About the Company - Intellicore is a global services provider with a focus exclusively on delivering world class services in the domains of Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning, Enterprise Performance Management, Business Intelligence & Analytics and Digital Transformations.Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to join our team and support the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion HCM modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM and a strong understanding of HR business processes.Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements- Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, and OTL- Perform end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM- Conduct functional testing, prepare test scripts, and support UAT- Provide post-go-live support and handle change requests- Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and SOPs- Work with technical teams to provide functional specifications for reports, integrations, and customizations- Ensure compliance with data privacy and localization requirements (e.g., GCC, India, UK)Required Skills & Qualifications:- 7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules- Strong knowledge of HCM data structures, workflows, and security roles- Experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation- Understanding of HR processes and policies- Familiarity with HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and BI Reports is a plus- Strong communication, documentation, and client interaction skills- Oracle HCM Cloud certification is preferredPreferred Modules Experience:- Core HR- Payroll (Country-specific, e.g., UAE/KSA)- Absence Management- Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)- Talent Management / Recruitment / Performance- Benefits & Compensation
