Position: Inside Sales Executive Job Type - Full Time Strand is a 24-year-old spin-off from the Indian Institute of Science. We build applications that use DNA sequencing to improve human health. In the process, we build algorithms, data pipelines, and visualizations to handle large amounts of sequence data. We are committed to transforming complex data into actionable insights, contributing to groundbreaking research and innovative solutions in the field of genomics. We’re seeking a results-driven inside sales executive to join our team at Strand Life Sciences. You will manage inbound and outbound sales calls, convert leads into customers, and support the sales team in driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a solid customer-centric approach, and a passion for sales. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, contribute to the company’s success, and grow your career in sales. Handle inbound sales inquiries and manage a sales pipeline through to close. Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company's products or services. Provide regular reports on sales activities, including calls made, leads generated, and deals closed. Manage follow-up processes to keep leads engaged and moving through the sales pipeline. Required Experience & Skills ~ Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. ~1-3 years of experience in inside sales or customer service, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. ~ Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) and using CRM software (e.g., Familiarity with using sales automation tools and platforms. ~ Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to meet sales goals. ~ Fluency in Hindi would be an added advantage.
