About the Role We are looking for a highly driven Senior Inside Sales Specialist / Senior Admissions Consultant to join our growing EdTech team. The ideal candidate has strong experience in converting leads, managing the complete sales cycle, and providing admissions guidance to prospective learners. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth through consultative sales and effective CRM utilization. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound & outbound leads, qualify prospects, and drive end-to-end admissions conversions. Conduct detailed counselling sessions to understand learner needs and recommend the right courses. Own the complete sales funnel — from prospecting and demo scheduling to closing. Maintain accurate lead updates, pipeline stages, and follow-ups in LeadSquared or other CRM platforms. Achieve weekly/monthly revenue and admissions targets. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates. Track performance metrics and share insights for process improvements. Build strong relationships with potential learners through trust-based, consultative selling. Requirements 3–7 years of experience in Inside Sales, Admissions Counselling, or EdTech sales. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales/admissions targets. Strong experience working on CRM tools like LeadSquared , HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc. Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills. Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
