Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Lead Generation:
Identify and research potential clients across diverse industries.
Execute outbound strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, and Linked In outreach, to generate high-quality leads.
Building Relationships:
Engage with prospects to understand their pain points and align their goals with our services.
Foster long-term relationships to nurture and convert leads into loyal clients.
Sales Strategy & Closing:
Conduct impactful demo calls to showcase Pro Marketer’s unique value propositions.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly and annual revenue targets.
Pipeline Management:
Maintain and update all lead, opportunity, and activity details in a CRM system.
Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Outbound Marketing Leadership:
Spearhead outbound marketing campaigns to drive consistent lead generation.
Explore partnerships and collaborative opportunities to expand our market reach.
Collaboration & Feedback:
Work closely with the marketing team to refine sales collateral and align client needs with marketing strategies.
Provide feedback on trends, challenges, and opportunities to improve service offerings.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in digital marketing or e-commerce.
Skills
Demonstrated success in closing deals and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Expertise in CRM tools (e.g., Hub Spot, Zoho) and outbound lead generation tactics.
Confidence in cold calling, objection handling, and pitching services.
