The selected candidate will be responsible for performing civil engineering designs, conducting structural analyses, developing detailed structural engineering plans, and managing projects. They will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with safety standards, technical specifications, and project timelines.QualificationsProficiency in Civil Engineering Design and Structural EngineeringStrong skills in Structural Analysis and Civil Engineering principlesExperience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and maintaining timelinesAbility to ensure compliance with safety codes and technical standardsBachelor's or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural EngineeringProficiency in industry-standard design and analysis softwareStrong communication and teamwork skillsExperience in BIM workflows is a plusKey ResponsibilitiesShould have experience in Led BIM coordination for Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Protectionsystems across major projects in Canada, USA, Saudi Arabia, and India.Should deliver detailed 3D models (LOD 200–500) for commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments in Canada & USA using Revit MEP.Perform clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination usingNavisworks for projects in Texas (USA) and Ontario (Canada).good exposure in project planning, manpower allocation, and team leadership for ME P/BIM teams working on North American projects.Should Coordinate with architects, structural teams, subcontractors, and site engineers for smooth execution of projects in KSA, USA, and Canada.Execute Scan-to-BIM modeling with high tolerance for renovation and retrofit projects in USA and Canada.Create and maintain BEPs, QA/QC documents, RFIs, and ISO-19650should align project documentation for global projects.Facilitate BIM coordination meetings, issued MOMs, and ensuredstakeholder alignment across US, Canadian, and Saudi projects.Manage CDE platforms (BIM 360/ACC) for submission control andworkflow tracking for international project teams.Support in estimation, specification review, and input management for commercial and industrial sites in USA & Canada.Lead and manage a team of structural engineers, detailers, and BIM professionals.Oversee design, detailing, and documentation for reinforced concrete, steel, and composite structures.Ensure compliance with international codes and standards (ACI, BS, Eurocode, IS, etc.).Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (architectural, MEP, BIM, civil) to deliver integrated solutions.Review and approve structural drawings, models, and calculations.Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and quality assurance.Facilitate communication with clients, consultants, and contractors across regions (USA, UK).Implement BIM workflows and digital collaboration platforms in line with ISO 19650 standards.Drive innovation, process optimization, and adoption of best practices in structural engineeringRequired Skills & CompetenciesStrong expertise in structural design and detailing (RC, steel, precast).Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Tekla, STAAD.Pro, ETABS, or equivalent.Hands-on experience with BIM workflows and model coordination.Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.Familiarity with region-specific documentation and compliance requirements.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.QualificationsBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.8–12 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of managing international projects.Location & Work ModeBased in India with coordination across global offices/projects.Hybrid/remote collaboration depending on project requirements.
