The ideal candidate will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, functional, and sustainable architectural solutions that align with current market trends and client expectations.Key Responsibilities 1. Design Leadership ·      Lead conceptualization and design development for residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects.·      Review and oversee detailed drawings, construction documents, and 3D models prepared by junior architects and consultants.·      Ensure design intent is maintained throughout all project stages.2. Project Management ·      Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring design quality, timelines, and budgets are met.·      Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and consultants to translate design objectives into practical, buildable solutions.3. Technical Oversight ·      Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental guidelines.·      Review and approve structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) designs for integrated project execution.4. Sustainability ·      Incorporate sustainable design principles and green building practices in all project stages.·      Stay updated with modern energy-efficient materials, technologies, and global sustainability trends.5. Team Collaboration ·      Mentor junior architects and guide them throughout the design and documentation process.·      Work closely with engineers, contractors, planners, and construction teams to ensure seamless coordination.6.
