Job Title: 4D BIM Project CoordinatorWe seek a highly skilled professional with expertise in Revit, Synchro 4D, and clash detection to join our team as a 4D BIM Project Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can combine technical mastery with strong leadership skills and client-facing confidence.BIM Model Management: Manage high-quality 3D BIM models across disciplines, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration among team members.4D Simulation Creation: Develop detailed 4D simulations in Synchro and/or Fuzor, visualizing project schedules and timelines for informed decision-making.Clash Detection and Resolution: Perform thorough clash detection and oversee resolution processes, ensuring on-time project delivery and minimizing costly delays.Project Scheduling Integration: Integrate project schedules in Microsoft Project and/or Primavera, streamlining project planning and coordination.Dashboard Development: Create dynamic dashboards using Power BI, providing real-time insights and analytics for stakeholders.Team Leadership and Mentorship: Lead, train, and mentor BIM teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Project Workflow Coordination: Coordinate project workflows through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360, ensuring efficient collaboration and communication among team members.Requirements & Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture With PG Diploma from NICMAR,Around 4+ years of experience in BIM and 4D simulation,Strong expertise in Revit, Synchro, Navisworks, and ACC / BIM 360,Solid understanding of clash detection, construction sequencing, and multi-disciplinary coordination,Proficiency in MS Project and/or Primavera for project scheduling,Experience creating interactive dashboards in Power BI,Excellent English communication skills and confidence in client-facing roles,Experience managing teams and coordinating with international project teams.
