The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end payroll projects, ensure compliance, and collaborate across departments to deliver robust HR solutions.Key Responsibilities:Lead SAP ERP HR and Payroll implementations, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.Configure and customize SAP HR modules including:Personnel AdministrationOrganizational ManagementTime ManagementPayrollEnsure accurate payroll processing and compliance using BSI Tax Factory , including tax calculations, postings, and reporting.Integrate and support Success Factors modules:Employee Central PayrollCompensationOther relevant SF modulesCollaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, IT) to align SAP HR solutions with business objectives.Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.Provide guidance and support for SF integration and data flow between SAP and SF systems.Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience in SAP HCM Payroll and Success Factors implementations.Strong understanding of North American payroll regulations and tax compliance.Hands-on experience with BSI Tax Factory.Ability to work independently and lead projects in a North America timezone.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
