Dear All,TCS is Hiring for SAP HR Payrollexp: 4to 10 YearsLocation: Hyderabad/ChennaiSAP HR Payroll ConsultantJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with deep expertise in SuccessFactors (SF) modules and SAP ERP HR/Payroll implementations. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end payroll projects, ensure compliance, and collaborate across departments to deliver robust HR solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Lead SAP ERP HR and Payroll implementations, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.- Configure and customize SAP HR modules including:- Personnel Administration- Organizational Management- Time Management- Payroll- Ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance using BSI TaxFactory, including tax calculations, postings, and reporting.- Integrate and support SuccessFactors modules:- Employee Central Payroll- Compensation- Other relevant SF modules- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, IT) to align SAP HR solutions with business objectives.- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.- Provide guidance and support for SF integration and data flow between SAP and SF systems.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Proven experience in SAP HCM Payroll and SuccessFactors implementations.- Strong understanding of North American payroll regulations and tax compliance.- Hands-on experience with BSI TaxFactory.- Ability to work independently and lead projects in a North America timezone.- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
