Dear All, TCS is Hiring for SAP HR Payroll exp: 4to 10 Years Location: Hyderabad/Chennai SAP HR Payroll Consultant Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with deep expertise in SuccessFactors (SF) modules and SAP ERP HR/Payroll implementations. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end payroll projects, ensure compliance, and collaborate across departments to deliver robust HR solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead SAP ERP HR and Payroll implementations, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives. Configure and customize SAP HR modules including: Personnel Administration Organizational Management Time Management Payroll Ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance using BSI TaxFactory , including tax calculations, postings, and reporting. Integrate and support SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central Payroll Compensation Other relevant SF modules Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, IT) to align SAP HR solutions with business objectives. Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions. Provide guidance and support for SF integration and data flow between SAP and SF systems. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in SAP HCM Payroll and SuccessFactors implementations. Strong understanding of North American payroll regulations and tax compliance. Hands-on experience with BSI TaxFactory . Ability to work independently and lead projects in a North America timezone . Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
