As we expand our AWS CloudOps capabilities for our prestigious client AllCloud (a Premier AWS and Salesforce Partner), we are hiring passionate engineers to support global operations.

#Role: AWS CloudOps Engineer

Join our offshore delivery team to provide L1/L2 operational support for AWS infrastructure, ensuring 24/7 monitoring, remediation, and customer excellence in a fast-paced, global environment.

Monitor AWS environments using CloudWatch, Datadog, Grafana, OpsGenie

Support SOC operations: security alerts, compliance, and AWS support cases

Collaborate with DevOps & Cloud teams for issue resolution and escalations

1–3 years experience in CloudOps/NOC/SOC roles

~ Hands-on with Linux & Windows administration

~ Familiarity with AWS services : Exposure to monitoring/observability tools: Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana

~ Basic scripting in Bash and Python

~ Understanding of containerized environments (Docker, EKS, K8s)

~ Strong communication skills in English

~ Willingness to work night shifts and rotational weekend coverage

#AWS Certifications (SAA, SysOps, DevOps)

Datadog or New Relic certification

Awareness of cybersecurity & SOC best practices

Hebrew communication (optional, not mandatory)
