Role: AWS Cloud Ops EngineerJoin our offshore delivery team to provide L1/L2 operational support for AWS infrastructure, ensuring 24/7 monitoring, remediation, and customer excellence in a fast-paced, global environment. ResponsibilitiesMonitor AWS environments using Cloud Watch, Datadog, Grafana, Ops GenieProvide first-level incident response and remediation actionsSupport SOC operations: security alerts, compliance, and AWS support casesCollaborate with Dev Ops & Cloud teams for issue resolution and escalationsExecute playbooks and SOPs for recurring alerts and automationEnsure SLA adherence, documentation, and customer communication???? Desired Skills1–3 years experience in Cloud Ops/NOC/SOC rolesHands-on with Linux & Windows administrationFamiliarity with AWS services: EC2, S3, VPC, Lambda, Cloud WatchExposure to monitoring/observability tools: Datadog, Prometheus, GrafanaBasic scripting in Bash and PythonUnderstanding of containerized environments (Docker, EKS, K8s)Strong communication skills in EnglishWillingness to work night shifts and rotational weekend coverage???? Nice to HaveAWS Certifications (SAA, Sys Ops, Dev Ops)Datadog or New Relic certificationAwareness of cybersecurity & SOC best practicesHebrew communication (optional, not mandatory)????
