As we expand our AWS CloudOps capabilities for our prestigious client AllCloud (a Premier AWS and Salesforce Partner), we are hiring passionate engineers to support global operations.

Role: AWS CloudOps Engineer

Join our offshore delivery team to provide L1/L2 operational support for AWS infrastructure, ensuring 24/7 monitoring, remediation, and customer excellence in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor AWS environments using CloudWatch, Datadog, Grafana, OpsGenie
  • Provide first-level incident response and remediation actions
  • Support SOC operations: security alerts, compliance, and AWS support cases
  • Collaborate with DevOps & Cloud teams for issue resolution and escalations
  • Execute playbooks and SOPs for recurring alerts and automation
  • Ensure SLA adherence, documentation, and customer communication

Desired Skills

  • 1–3 years experience in CloudOps/NOC/SOC roles
  • Hands-on with Linux & Windows administration
  • Familiarity with AWS services: EC2, S3, VPC, Lambda, CloudWatch
  • Exposure to monitoring/observability tools: Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana
  • Basic scripting in Bash and Python
  • Understanding of containerized environments (Docker, EKS, K8s)
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Willingness to work night shifts and rotational weekend coverage

Nice to Have

  • AWS Certifications (SAA, SysOps, DevOps)
  • Datadog or New Relic certification
  • Awareness of cybersecurity & SOC best practices
  • Hebrew communication (optional, not mandatory)
