Position Summary:
We are seeking a driven and skilled Account Manager to join our Enterprise Sales team. This role involves developing and nurturing customer relationships, driving sales of IT solutions, and expanding our reach in the cybersecurity space. You’ll play a crucial part in our growth by identifying customer needs, recommending relevant solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong client relationships within the enterprise sector, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Drive end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting and pitching to closing deals, with a focus on IT solutions and services.
Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, proposing tailored solutions that address their cybersecurity and IT infrastructure requirements.
Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to overall business growth.
Stay up to date on market trends, particularly in cybersecurity, and advise clients on emerging threats and the value of our solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams, including technical and support staff, to ensure seamless solution delivery and post-sales support.
Qualifications:
Experience: 1-4 years in IT solutions or services sales, with a proven track record in the enterprise sector. Cybersecurity sales experience is highly preferred.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and credibility with clients.
Strong understanding of IT solutions and familiarity with cybersecurity products and services.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and skilled in negotiation.
