AVP Pre-Sales / Senior Pre-Sales Consultant

This provides an extraordinary opportunity to present the innovative solutions of the company to the top business and technology leaders at prospective clients (Banks / NBFCs / FinTechs).
Job Role:
Analyze customer’s business requirements as a basis to propose product solutions
Delivering impactful presentations and product demonstrations to the key decision makers from various teams within the client's organization
Creating proposals, RFP responses and providing timely and mature answers to the techno-functional queries raised by the prospective clients
Managing client expectations in terms of the deliverables, efforts, timelines and product customizations etc
Liaise with the product team and assist sales team in converting prospective clients
Produce written specifications (i.e. Solution Scope Documents and Use Case Documents) highlighting product features and benefits / value-add to customers to capture business process requirements for proposed solutions
Prepare response documentation for RFI/RFP requests.
Analyze requirements and propose solutions to solve complex customer requirements
Ensure clear understanding of customer's technology requirements; provide support for proposal and project teams
Training internal teams on product and technology
Qualifications:
At least five years of experience in a pre-sales role along with hands-on experience in Digital Lending (LOS, LMS, Collections), Co-lending, Treasury, Payments and/or CBS solutions
Knowledge of other enterprise software solutions (Data Integration, Data Governance, Data Security and Cloud)
Excellent verbal, written communication skills and presentation skills with presence of mind
Experience of creating error free functional proposals
Proven experience of managing Proof Of Concept / Workshop activities with clients
Ability to communicate a technical message with business relevance to a non-technical audience as well as a technical audience
Excellent presentation abilities and composure in front of all levels of technical and business customers or prospects
Strong technical and business awareness
MBA from Premier B School Preferred, or B.E./B.Tech from Premier College preferred
