AVP Pre-Sales / Senior Pre-Sales Consultant

This provides an extraordinary opportunity to present the innovative solutions of the company to the top business and technology leaders at prospective clients (Banks / NBFCs / FinTechs).

Job Role:

Analyze customer’s business requirements as a basis to propose product solutionsDelivering impactful presentations and product demonstrations to the key decision makers from various teams within the client's organizationCreating proposals, RFP responses and providing timely and mature answers to the techno-functional queries raised by the prospective clientsManaging client expectations in terms of the deliverables, efforts, timelines and product customizations etcLiaise with the product team and assist sales team in converting prospective clientsProduce written specifications (i.e. Solution Scope Documents and Use Case Documents) highlighting product features and benefits / value-add to customers to capture business process requirements for proposed solutionsPrepare response documentation for RFI/RFP requests.Analyze requirements and propose solutions to solve complex customer requirementsEnsure clear understanding of customer's technology requirements; provide support for proposal and project teamsTraining internal teams on product and technology

Qualifications:

At least five years of experience in a pre-sales role along with hands-on experience in Digital Lending (LOS, LMS, Collections), Co-lending, Treasury, Payments and/or CBS solutionsKnowledge of other enterprise software solutions (Data Integration, Data Governance, Data Security and Cloud)Excellent verbal, written communication skills and presentation skills with presence of mindExperience of creating error free functional proposalsProven experience of managing Proof Of Concept / Workshop activities with clientsAbility to communicate a technical message with business relevance to a non-technical audience as well as a technical audienceExcellent presentation abilities and composure in front of all levels of technical and business customers or prospectsStrong technical and business awarenessMBA from Premier B School Preferred, or B.E./B.Tech from Premier College preferred
