We’re looking for a passionate and detail-driven Executive – Merchandising to support emerging brands in our portfolio.

# ; About the Role

As a Merchandising Specialist, you’ll play a key role in managing the product lifecycle—from concept to shelf. You’ll work across multiple brands, ensuring each product meets our standards of quality, innovation, and market relevance.

# ; Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end merchandising operations for apparel across various brands.
Lead product costing: fabric consumption analysis, trim planning, and pricing strategies.
Oversee sampling and production timelines to ensure brand alignment and timely execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for documentation, approvals, and delivery tracking.
Mentor junior team members and foster a high-performance culture.

# ; Qualifications & Skills
~ Bachelor’s or Master’s in Commerce, Business, or related field.
~3–8 years of experience in apparel merchandising.
~ Proficiency in PLM systems, ERP tools, and Microsoft Excel.
~ Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
~ Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
~ Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
