Job Title: Key Account Manager – LFR (Buyer) Business
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 6+ years in buying/merchandising for LFR accounts in fashion/apparel/retail
Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Key Account Manager to manage Large Format Retail (LFR) partners, drive category growth, and ensure the right product mix to meet business objectives. The role requires strong vendor management, negotiation skills, and an eye for trends and consumer preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage buying and assortment planning for LFR partners
* Develop seasonal buying plans based on sales data, market trends, and brand objectives.
* Work closely with design, merchandising, and planning teams to curate product ranges.
* Work closely with Marketing Team of LFR Partners
* Monitor sell-through, inventory levels, and replenishment for each partner.
* Analyze sales reports and take timely action to optimise category performance.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with category managers and buying teams at partner LFR stores.
* Ensure timely deliveries and adherence to agreed commercial terms.
Key Requirements:
* 6 years of experience in buying/merchandising with a focus on LFR channels.
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
* Good understanding of fashion trends, retail calendars, and consumer preferences.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, sales analytics, and inventory management tools.
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Educational Qualification:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Fashion Management, Retail Management, or Business Administration preferred.
