Job Title: Head - Business Development Location: Department: Business Development
Experience: 15 years and above

We are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Business Development with a strong background in property acquisition for large-format retail stores. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of identifying, negotiating, and acquiring high-quality retail spaces in high-footfall locations.

Identify and evaluate potential properties for new store locations across key markets.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of commercial real estate opportunities.
Collaborate with legal, design, projects, and finance teams for smooth handover and setup.
Track and report on progress of acquisitions, approvals, and handovers.
Ensure alignment of acquisition strategy with the company’s retail expansion goals.

Required Skills and Experience:
~ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field. MBA preferred.
~7–12 years of experience in business development, specifically in property acquisition for large-format retail stores (furniture, apparel, electronics, supermarkets, etc.).
~ Strong knowledge of commercial real estate market dynamics.
~ Willingness to travel extensively.
