We’re looking for a Regulatory Reporting Leader to oversee end-to-end regulatory submissions, manage audits, ensure compliance accuracy, and drive automation for regulatory processes. This role demands a proactive professional who thrives in high-stakes environments and has a sharp understanding of RBI regulations, system data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration. ✨ Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end monitoring of all regulatory reporting requirements ensuring timely and accurate submissions. Handle RBI inspections, statutory audits, and internal audits for regulatory and disclosure compliance. Review and implement data health checks, system validations, and mitigation measures for reporting accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Risk, Compliance, IT, Business, Legal) to streamline reporting processes. Drive automation projects for regulatory data flows and ensure governance alignment. Oversee and update approach notes, control charts, and data ownership frameworks for compliance readiness.
