Job Description: Sales Development Representative
Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist / Sales Development Representative to join our team. This role will play a critical part in generating interest and qualifying leads to support our Business Development Manager in onboarding new clients. The ideal candidate is proactive, tenacious, and comfortable with high-volume outreach, including cold calls, emails, and Linked In engagement. This position requires a strong work ethic, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to maintain detailed records of outreach efforts in a CRM.
Responsibilities:
Cold Calling : Make at least 60+ outbound calls daily to a list of U. S.-based companies and business owners to introduce our services and assess potential interest.
Email and Text Outreach : Draft and send personalized emails and texts to potential leads, following up as necessary to generate interest and qualify leads.
Linked In Engagement : Actively engage with prospects on Linked In through connection requests, messages, and content interactions to build rapport and generate interest.
Lead Qualification : Identify and qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria to ensure they align with our target client profile.
CRM Management : Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions with leads in the CRM, ensuring all relevant information is updated and accessible.
Report Generation : Track and report daily/weekly outreach activities, including the number of calls, emails, Linked In interactions, and qualified leads generated.
Collaborate with Business Development Manager : Provide regular updates and handover qualified leads to the Business Development Manager for further follow-up and conversion.
Requirements:
Experience : 1-2 years of experience in a lead generation, sales development, or cold calling role, preferably in a B2 B environment.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
CRM Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM tools to track, manage, and report lead information and outreach efforts.
Sales Skills : Persuasive and confident approach to cold calling and the ability to handle rejections positively.
Organization Skills : Excellent organizational skills with the ability to maintain detailed reports and manage multiple communication channels.
Self-Motivated : Ability to work independently, meet daily outreach targets, and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Linked In Sales Navigator or similar tools for lead generation and outreach.
Basic understanding of our industry and services (optional, training will be provided).
Knowledge of U. S. market dynamics, particularly in (relevant industries if specified).
