Reporting To: Head of Modern Retail
Dreame is a leading global brand in smart home appliances, specializing in high-tech vacuum cleaners, robotic vacuums, and hair grooming products. As we expand our presence in India, we are looking for a dynamic Trade Marketing Manager to drive in-store visibility, channel activations, and retail engagement strategies.
The Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing trade marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive sales, and strengthen relationships with offline retail partners. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical and execution capabilities to optimize Dreame's retail presence across India.
Trade & Channel Marketing:
Develop and execute trade marketing plans aligned with overall brand and business objectives.
Plan and manage promotional campaigns, in-store activations, and consumer engagement programs.
Drive channel-specific marketing initiatives across modern trade and general trade platforms.
Optimize product visibility through strategic merchandising, POS materials, and retail displays.
Retail & Partner Engagement:
Build strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and sales teams to ensure effective execution of marketing activities.
Develop sales enablement tools and training programs to equip partners with key product knowledge and selling techniques.
Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives and recommend improvements.
Budget & Performance Management:
Manage the trade marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Track and analyse ROI on trade marketing activities using market insights and sales data.
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to ensure alignment of trade marketing strategies with business goals.
Qualifications & Experience:
~5-8 years of experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or channel marketing, preferably in consumer electronics, home appliances, or Mobile Industry.
~ Strong experience in in-store activations, retail merchandising, and POS strategy.
~ Proven ability to develop and execute retail marketing plans with a strong understanding of the Indian retail ecosystem.
~ Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and ROI tracking.
~ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
