Training Sales Executive

A personal loan sales executive at Bajaj Finance in Hyderabad is responsible for achieving sales targets by acquiring new customers and managing the end-to-end personal loan process. The role is a field-based position focused on generating new business.
Lead Generation & Sales: Actively identify and acquire new customers for personal loans, primarily through direct sales activities, field visits, and converting leads provided by the company.
* Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a smooth loan application process and provide excellent after-sales service.
* Guide customers through the loan application process, collect all necessary documents, and ensure accurate and timely submission to meet company compliance and regulatory norms.
* Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly targets for loan disbursements, lead conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Market Knowledge: Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and personal loan policies to effectively pitch products and provide feedback to management.
