Role:AMS Presales Lead – Engineering Applications & AI Support SolutionsLocation: Any location in IndiaRequired Technical Skill Set:- Deep understanding of Engineering applications landscape (PLM, CAD, CAE, ERP, MES, etc.)ITSM, ITIL, and AMS delivery models- Expertise in AI/ML for support automation and analytics- Cloud platforms, integration, and automation tools- Experience with incident, change, and release management frameworksMust-Have:- Proven experience in presales for AMS/Engineering applications- Solution design and proposal management for support services- Strong estimation, pricing, and bid management skills- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Stakeholder management and client engagement- Knowledge of ITIL, ITSM, and AMS operations- Familiarity with AI/ML, automation, and cloud technologies- Ability to coordinate with sales, delivery, and technical teams- Process improvement and mentoring skills.Good-to-Have:- Exposure to ERP/MES/PLM/Asset Management/Digital Twins- Experience in manufacturing, hi-tech, or industrial verticals- Understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies- Experience with global delivery models and distributed teams
