Job Summary:

The Sales Executive/Manager will be responsible for developing and executing export sales strategies for our range of extracts, Essential Oils and Organic products. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the international market, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in sales and business development. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, quality control, and logistics, to ensure the successful export of our products to global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Strategy Development:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential international markets and clients.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to make informed decisions.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify, approach, and develop relationships with potential clients and importers in target markets.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals with international buyers, ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships.
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and support.

Export Operations Management:

  • Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
  • Oversee the preparation of necessary export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping documents.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and standards.

Product Knowledge & Training:

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s product portfolio, including the sourcing, processing, and quality attributes of Botanical extracts, Essential Oils and Organic products.
  • Provide training and support to junior sales team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve results.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in export sales, preferably in the Botanical extracts, Essential Oils or Organic industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, documentation, and logistics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
