
Sales Executive/Manager

Job Summary:
The Sales Executive/Manager will be responsible for developing and executing export sales strategies for our range of extracts, Essential Oils and Organic products. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the international market, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in sales and business development. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, quality control, and logistics, to ensure the successful export of our products to global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Strategy Development:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential international markets and clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to make informed decisions.
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify, approach, and develop relationships with potential clients and importers in target markets.
- Negotiate and close sales deals with international buyers, ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships.
- Manage and grow existing client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and support.
Export Operations Management:
- Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- Oversee the preparation of necessary export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping documents.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and standards.
Product Knowledge & Training:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s product portfolio, including the sourcing, processing, and quality attributes of Botanical extracts, Essential Oils and Organic products.
- Provide training and support to junior sales team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve results.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in export sales, preferably in the Botanical extracts, Essential Oils or Organic industry.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, documentation, and logistics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
