Reports to: Designated Person Ashore – Company Security Officer
Ensure all your duties in accordance with quality, health, safety, environmental and ethics policies;
Propose a continuous performance improvement plan which will be reported and reviewed on a periodical basis;
The implementation of the Integrated Management System and the Ship Security Plan;
In conjunction with concerned Departments and vessels: his assigned vessels are properly manned, maintained, equipped and in a seaworthy condition.
Monitoring of corrective and preventive actions;
Perform trainings of shore department and ship staff;
Participate in the regulations monitoring;
Be the contact point of the flag administrations and support Fleet department with the classification societies (RO);
Be available to travel worldwide.

You shall be available to come in Head Office a t least once per quarter and when required. Training in:
Fluent in English;
Experience
Previous officer experience or in shipping industry.

No restriction to travel abroad.
