Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this client-facing role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales, managing data, analyzing insights, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Client Management: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and offer personalized gut health solutions. Drive end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to deal closure. Maintain and strengthen client relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service. 2. Data Management & Analytics: Organize and manage sales data to track performance and customer interactions. Analyze data to derive insights that enhance sales strategies and customer engagement. Utilize CRM tools to maintain records and report on key sales metrics. 3. Communication & Collaboration: Effectively communicate Sova Health’s value proposition across calls, emails, and virtual meetings. Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to align sales efforts. 4. Target Achievement & Incentives: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets to unlock attractive performance-based incentives. Qualifications & SkillsExperience: 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, client-facing roles, or similar functions. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong data management and analytical abilities. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting. Target based sales Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Self-motivated and target-driven.
