Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team at Studio Seasons. The role involves managing client outreach, maintaining accurate prospect databases and facilitating seamless communication between clients and our team. Ideal candidates will have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to support our luxury gifting solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect Database Management: Compile and maintain a database of potential clients using various online and offline sources.
  • Client Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects through telecalling, emails, and messaging to pitch Studio Seasons' offerings.
  • Client Follow-Ups: Build and nurture relationships with clients by following up regularly to ensure satisfaction and engagement.
  • Communication Support: Act as a liaison between clients and the Studio Seasons team, providing timely updates and facilitating smooth communication.
  • Monitoring and Record Keeping: Accurately maintain trackers and records of client interactions, progress, and feedback.

Selection Criteria

  • Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Administration.
  • Must be based in Chennai and available to work from the office.
  • Commitment to a minimum of 5 hours per day, 5 days a week.
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and Tamil.
  • Creative thinkers with a passion for sales and a knack for marketing.
