**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Sales Support:

- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and plans.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets and objectives.
- Help identify new business opportunities and market trends.

2. Client Relationship Management:

- Assist in maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
- Use CRM tools like HubSpot and Salesforce to enter and manage client conversation details.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.

3. Marketing Support:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create content and source leads.
- Assist in developing and executing business development strategies.
- Participate in marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

4. Administrative Support:

- Assist in organizing and coordinating events, tests, and the delivery of study materials.
- Help maintain detailed records of student interactions and feedback.

**Qualifications**:
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

3. Proficiency in using CRM tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce is a plus.

4. Strong organizational and time management skills.

5. Enthusiastic and eager to learn about sales and marketing strategies.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. High work ethic and commitment to the internship duration.

**Compensation**:
This is an internship position with a commission pay range of Rs 20,000 to Rs 40,000. Successful completion of the internship may lead to a full-time opportunity.
