Vishay INDIA is currently seeking applicants for a Regional Marketing Manager responsible for overseeing sustainable growth of Capacitors business in India, guiding Sales to achieve budgeted sales, collaborating with Product Marketing and Customer Service team. 1) Oversee and develop sustainable growth of Capacitors’ business in India region. 2) Guide & support sales team to achieve targeted POA/POS & develop business for all capacitors working closely with Divisional Product Marketing (DPM) and divisional colleagues. 3) Regional Marketing Manager is the extension of capacitors’ divisions in India to support all local engagements, technically and commercially. 4) Collaborate closely on growth projects, incentive programs and key initiatives with capacitors’ divisions. 6) Build healthy design pipeline, close tracking, and conversion to POA/POS towards sustainable business growth. 7) Participate in Business Negotiations as required by sales / customers towards business growth optimization. Communicate & facilitate changes in contract prices as stipulated by Product Marketing and tracking of business awards. 9) Provide technical support and appropriate training to customers as well as to India sales team and channel partners alike via various training platforms including Vishay University sessions. 10) Manage requests on RFQs (quote enquiries), samples, technical queries, deliveries fulfilment & quality aspects towards total customers’ satisfaction, working closely with different department of the divisions (particularly DPM) and India sales team. 11) Prepare technical comparisons of Vishay capacitors vis-à-vis competitors’ products, towards obtaining benchmarking data to promote distinct advantages to customers, instead of purely PRICE-base marketing. 12) Organize/facilitate PM visits for products’ promotion/design activities to customers across India in all segments. 13) Prepare & submit monthly report on related marketing activities, market update, competition movements & latest business scenarios to Regional Marketing Director and DPM; create dialogue and enhance communication through CCC (Capacitors Communication Circle) to facilitate the relevant activities, changes and feedback dynamics of the business to have an aligned approach, strategy and synergy. 1) Bachelor’s degree in electronic and electrical engineering or equivalent qualification 2) Technically well-versed and preferably 8 to 15 years of experience related to capacitors’ field. 3) Added advantage with experiences in Automotive & Hi-Rel segments and background. 4) Strong communication and presentation skills, proficient in conversational and written English. 6) Able to travel frequently when required What can we offer you for your talent: Vishay offers a comprehensive suite of benefit programs including health care coverage and provides you with resources to help you achieve your personal and professional goals.
