Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior Executive/Executive - Performance Marketing to focus on daily campaign execution and operations. This role is ideal for individuals with 1-2 years of experience looking to grow their skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment.


What you'll do:

  • Execute daily performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, Snapchat, and Tiktok.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve performance targets.
  • Assist in managing a monthly budget of $20k USD or Rs. 15 lakhs INR.
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop engaging ad content.
  • Generate performance reports and analyze metrics to inform improvements.
  • Support senior team members in strategic planning and client interactions.


What you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in running performance marketing campaigns, preferably with a focus on e-commerce or D2C.
  • Experience with Meta and Google Ads.
  • Basic knowledge of budget management and campaign optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
