Role Overview: Expanse Digital is seeking a talented and innovative Social Media Creative Strategist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for developing creative Ad-content that drive conversions for our direct-to-consumer (D2C) client brands. Your primary focus will be on crafting compelling ad campaigns across various social media platforms to achieve maximum return on ad spends (ROAS) while your secondary focus shall be to manage the personal branding for the social media handles of both CEO & the official company accounts.


What you’ll do:

  • Develop creative strategies for social media performance marketing campaigns aimed at improving ROAS for D2C brands.
  • Own the entire creative direction process, from ideation to execution, including content selection, ad-scripting, story-boarding, video production, model selection, and ad conceptualization.
  • Create visually appealing and effective ad creatives that resonate with target audiences and drive conversions.
  • Manage content marketing and online reputation management (ORM) for Expanse Digital's official social media handles and CEO's personal branding profiles on LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, models, influencers, designers, video editors, etc to align creative strategies with business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing, content creation, and performance optimization.
  • Create compelling social media content for our clients


What you’ll need:

  • 2-4 years of experience in social media creative strategy. Exposure to Ad-content creation specific to performance marketing campaigns would be ideally considered.
  • Proven track record of developing successful ad campaigns that drive conversions and achieve ROAS targets.
  • Strong proficiency in content creation, video production, and ad conceptualization.
  • Basic Familiarity with social media platforms, ad platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads), and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • An experience in enabling organic social media growth for a brand shall be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
