Location - Remote (India)

Working Terms: Full-Time

Remuneration - Rs. 25,000 - Rs. 30,000 per month based on experience and performance

We have an exciting opportunity for Business Support Manager . The role is to work with our Real Estate Client based in the UK.

  • We are looking for a team player who is motivated and wants to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to meet company goals and drive growth.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for key accounts.
  • Collaborate with the UK-based team to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services.
  • Identify new business opportunities, including property acquisitions, partnerships, and market expansion.
  • Manage budgets, financial planning, and reporting to ensure the company remains financially healthy.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a remote team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Handle negotiations, contracts, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Identifying and capitalising on business opportunities.
  • Team Management - Understanding the client requirements and assigning daily tasks, team follow ups, team meetings and complete project Management
  • Support to Clients Sales and Lettings management; real estate experience will be an added advantage
  • Achieving personal delegations, Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and representing the company professionally
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external contractors and staffs.
  • To excel in this role, you should be an ambitious, hard-working, and target-driven individual with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • You should also have strong negotiation and communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a competitive drive to succeed.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Support Manager to lead our operations and business development initiatives . The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage multiple business functions remotely. Experience in the property sector is an added advantage, but not essential. You will work closely with our UK-based team to drive growth, manage client relationships, and oversee the smooth running of day-to-day business activities.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a business management role, preferably within a remote working environment.
  • A background in the property sector is a strong advantage, though not mandatory.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in project management and handling business operations.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience in a few applications like ALTO, Google Suite etc.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, business management software, and digital collaboration tools.
