If you're passionate about solving the global talent crisis, come onboard the rocketship that is TERN Join us in transforming the future of global talent mobility and making a significant impact About the role We are seeking an exceptional Talent Acquisition & HR Lead, who will lead hiring efforts in India and manage key HR functions. This role combines full-cycle recruitment with HR operations, ensuring we attract and retain top talent. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers, implement recruitment strategies, and oversee employee relations Key responsibilities/Accountabilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various positions for India, UK and Germany Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies Source candidates using a variety of methods such as job boards, social media platforms, networking, and referrals Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications Coordinate interviews and facilitate interview feedback sessions with hiring teams Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment Manage end to end HR operations at a global level Administer employee benefits, such as insurance and holidays Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Partner with the broader team on compensation, benefits, global mobility and asset management Act as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures. Collaborate with payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely salary processing. Maintain HR records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality Experience required 5+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, preferably within the technology or IT industry. Possess a data-driven mentality, with a demonstrated ability to use data to shape your recruiting strategy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that’s constantly evolving You’re flexible able to wear many hats, and able to contribute to hiring needs in various locations, time zones, and business units if necessary Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience Familiarity with HR operations and practices including employment policies and compliance requirements in India.
