Responsibilities: Prepare accurate techno-commercial proposals for automation projects. Coordinate with sales, engineering, and procurement teams for solution finalization. Analyze RFQs and technical specifications to define scope and cost. Evaluate vendor quotations and prepare cost comparisons. Develop control system architecture and BOM for proposals. Present solutions and clarify technical queries to customers. Maintain enquiry registers, proposal documents, and CRM updates. Support sales with technical presentations and pre-sales discussions. Ensure timely submission of proposals and follow-up on opportunities. Provide project handover documents and support during kick-off. Qualifications: Must be an Engineering Graduate or Diploma in EEE, ECE and E&I You have at least 4-6 years of Proposal experience in the automation industry Must have good oral and written communication skills in English Knowledge & Skills: Should have skills in reading and understanding the plant layout / P&ID and Technical Document. Should have strong convincing skills & Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.. Ability to understand customer processes and clearly explain solution benefits. Should have desire and aspiration in learning new/updating process application Hands on experience in using Desk Top tools, such as MS PPT, MS Excel, MS Word
