What You'll Own End-to-End Sales – Lead the entire sales cycle across India/ME/APAC, from cold outreach to contract closure Quota Ownership – Consistently deliver ARR; build and maintain a repeatable, scalable pipeline Trusted Advisor Status – Engage CXOs and navigate complex buying processes including compliance and procurement Hybrid GTM – Drive both direct and indirect sales; develop and manage strategic partner channels (resellers, MSSPs) Team Captain – Guide SDRs, AEs, and SEs with clear OKRs and winning deal strategies Field Intelligence – Be the voice of the customer; bring back insights that shape our roadmap What You'll Bring ~8–12+ years in enterprise SaaS sales with proven success in IAM (Mandatory), security/identity domains ~ Consistent track record of exceeding quotas in India, Middle East, or APAC markets ~ Deep understanding of the IAM buyer journey: security, compliance, IT, and procurement ~ Experience selling complex, high-value solutions to technical and business decision-makers ~ Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and excellent CRM hygiene ~ Bonus: Experience pitching cloud-native or agent-based platforms Tired of selling the same old pitch Be part of something smarter, faster, and built to change the game.
