Skills & Experience:

Min 5-6 years of experience in employee engagement, HR, DEI, or program management.

Passion for building inclusive cultures and vibrant communities.

Experience in leading or supporting ERGs or community initiatives.

Familiarity with wellness, cultural events, or DEI-focused programming is a plus.

Creative thinking with a hands-on approach to execution.
