Guest Experience Executive (Floor Captain) Coccolo, Mohali

Benvenuto to Coccolo, Fun Dining HQ in the heart of Mohali. We’re not just serving plates of pasta; we’re serving warm hugs, bold flavours, and big feels. Upstairs feels like Nonna’s kitchen , downstairs feels like Beyoncé’s birthday afterparty – and in between, our guests are falling in love with Italy (and us).

Now, we’re looking for someone to make sure every guest’s Italian love affair feels unforgettable. Enter our Guest Experience Executive (Floor Captain).

What you’ll do (your mission)
  • Be the face of Coccolo – the first hello, the last goodbye, the person guests rave about in reviews.
  • Lead the floor with warmth – coordinate tables, keep service smooth, and handle small hiccups before they become drama.
  • Champion guest experience – ensure everyone feels like they’ve walked into a warm hug (with a cheeky Aperol spritz on the side).
  • Coach & guide the team – keep service staff upbeat, trained, and aligned with Coccolo’s fun dining spirit.
  • Upsell with charm – tiramisu trays, cheeky cocktails, birthday celebrations… you’ll make guests say “why not?”
Who you are (our dream fit)
  • 2–4 years of experience in restaurants, premium casual dining, or hospitality
  • A natural host – people light up around you. Warm, confident, and solution-oriented.
  • Sharp under pressure – you thrive when the floor is buzzing at 80+ covers.
  • Fluent in English + Hindi/Punjabi – you can charm both a family gathering and a cocktail-sipping date night crowd.
  • Hungry to grow – Coccolo is scaling, and we want you on the ride.
